State Administrator Wealth Report (LKHPN) is a document of detailed information about wealth, personal assets, reception, and expenditure of state administrators.

State administrators mentioned are individual administrators who work in state agencies both in central and provincial level.

LKHPN is a form of spirit on running the government with the 3 (three) main values; accountable, transparant, and free from corruption.

Now, the implementation of LKHPN is held by online through e-LKHPN.

Legal Bases

Reporting done by individual administrators through LKHPN is based on these regulations, which are:

  1. Law No. 28 of 1999 about governance which free from corruption, collusion and nepotism.
  2. Law No. 30 of 2002 about Corruption Eradication Commision.
  3. KPK regulation No. 7 of 2016 about procedures, registration, announcement, and examination of LKHPN.
