Development Strategy
Enliven the CITY as a Creative Artist’s Community within Walking Distance. What is left of the Old Quarters as a legacy of colonial times are warehouses, the city hall, the courthouse, and two constructions at Kali Besar West; the rest had been demolished and the material reused for construction in the new city of Weltevreden (nearby the National Monument and the Bull Square).
