2. A prosperous Jakarta is a Jakarta where a healthy, decent, and humane standard of living prevails.

Jakarta is a city that can promise a pleasant and prosperous life for all provided that the government and the community agree to address challenges, resolve issues, and utilize existing potentials and opportunities in an optimum fashion. Sense of community are the key words here. Leadership is the answer to any challenge. Good governance is the departure point towards resolving any issue.

With a sense of community, leadership, and good governance in hand, the Jakarta Capital City Government and the people of Jakarta will, God willing, make the most of existing potentials and opportunities.
